ForestEye app for iPhone and iPad

The main message behind the app is to promote protection of nature and environment from forest fires by raising awareness of the beatiful landmarks within forests. Primarily targeted at Croatia and Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Experience a interactive walk through the forest via this interactive guide featuring images, video, audio and textual information about select forest tracks and iconic landmarks.
Directional guidance provided using GPS location of the device via bearing calculation.
The landmarks within forests are organized into tracks.
Offline download of all information for an entire track is available and recommendable. This enables functionality in areas of low or no Internet coverage.
The application is accompanying the EU project Forest Eye.
Selfies from the forest with information around the project can be shared directly from the application.
